breath as you work to build heat and strength in the body in this
class where one pose moves fluidly into the next.
Gentle Yoga|All Levels
Calm and quiet the body and mind with meditation, focus on the
breath, and a sequence of gentle poses to relieve deeply held
Restorative Yoga|All Levels
Poses in this class are passive & fully supported with props, such
as blocks, blankets, and bolsters. This can facilitate release of
habitually held tension and encourage deep bodily relaxation. An
ideal class for anyone who feels overwhelmed with stress, insomnia,
or chronic pain.
